Why Consider Counseling?

Counseling provides an opportunity to meet with a trained professional to seek solutions to specific problems. Counseling provides a place to be supported and to gain insight on how to tackle life’s challenges.  Counseling usually begins with an intake appointment to better understand the nature of your needs. With a greater understanding of the nature and scope of the problem, the counseling sessions will develop with a plan to address how to alleviate or lessen current concerns.  Counseling is a partnership intended to provide you with support and an increased ability to cope. Sessions typically last for about sixty minutes and can be scheduled at a time that fits best with your schedule. Services are confidential.

Confidentiality

Mark considers the confidentiality of your information as critical. Mark adheres to ethical and legal guidelines in safeguarding your information.  Exceptions to confidentiality are reviewed with all clients during the intake process.
